Project Descripation

The work involved the redesign of the interior, the total renovation of the prospectus, the Remaking of the electrical system, the air-conditioning system, the supply and installation of electric power distribution, fire safety and the restoration of services in all plans and their sewer and water systems.

Project Challenge

The challenge was to modify a relatively new building previously privately owned, to be occupied as an office building, all the modifications needed for the new occupants and the new purpose.

What We Did

We resumed all unfinished construction works, Renewed the building entirely, and redesigned the interior to fit the building a new purpose and that includes :


• Flooring.
• Walls maintenance.

• Water supply and drain.
• Electric power distribution.
• Surveillance camera network.

• Maintenance of the green areas.
